- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 eggs, separated
- vanilla wafer crumbs
- whipped cream
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Mix cocoa in well.

3Add beaten egg yolks.

4Fold in beaten egg whites and add nuts.

5Butter pan and spread layer of vanilla wafer crumbs on bottom.

6Pour in half of mixture by spoonfuls so it can be spread evenly over crumbs; add another layer of crumbs.

7Add rest of mixture and sprinkle top with remainder of crumbs.

8Let set in refrigerator 24 hours. Serve with whipped cream on top.
