  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 carton whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. broken walnuts
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except whipped cream, and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes, until top is crackly brown and filling just quivers when you nudge the pie plate.

    Cool and garnish with whipped cream and nuts.
