- 1 1/3 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (10 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 drops green food coloring
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in hot water in mixer bowl.

2Add cream cheese. Beat at medium speed until blended.

3Stir in remaining ingredients by hand.

4Pour into mold.
