  • 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 cup memphis barbecue sauce, tangy vinegar based sauce
  • 1 teaspoon A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 18 cup bull's eye original barbecue sauce
  • 18 cup memphis barbecue sauce, tangy vinegar based sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients for meatloaf, adding the meat last.

    Place in loaf pan or individual muffin cups.

    Spread glaze over the top of meat.
