  • 1 (8 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 med. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Mazola oil
  • 2 eggs

    Mix together. Spray pan with Pam lightly. Makes 12 muffins or 9 X 9 pan. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes (don't over cook).
