- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded coarse
- 1 pt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook cabbage in boiling salted water for a few minutes.

2In medium bowl, mix milk, butter and flour.

3Stir cooked and drained cabbage into sauce.

4Place in baking dish.

5Cover with bread crumbs and cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
