Ingredients

  • 10 carrots
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil carrots in small amount of water until tender.

    Mash and add all other ingredients.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add a very small amount of sugar if desired.

    Mix well; put in buttered baking dish.

    Place dish in pan of water.

    Bake until firm in moderate oven (350°) for about one hour.
