- 10 carrots
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil carrots in small amount of water until tender.

2Mash and add all other ingredients.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Add a very small amount of sugar if desired.

5Mix well; put in buttered baking dish.

6Place dish in pan of water.

7Bake until firm in moderate oven (350°) for about one hour.
