  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix oleo and eggs together.

    Mix sugar, salt, pepper and both cans of corn with oleo and egg mixture.

    Add corn muffin mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
