- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix oleo and eggs together.

2Mix sugar, salt, pepper and both cans of corn with oleo and egg mixture.

3Add corn muffin mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
