- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 c. sage and onion stuffing croutons
- 4 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Butter a shallow 2-quart baking dish.

2Sprinkle half of the corn in the bottom of dish.

3Sprinkle half of shredded cheeses over corn.

4Cover with half of croutons.

5Repeat with remaining corn, cheeses and croutons (making 2 layers).

6Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7Pour over ingredients in baking dish.

8Press down gently; make sure croutons are moistened.

9Dot with butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 300° oven or until golden brown and puffed.
