  • 1/2 c finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c butter/margarine
  • 1 can (17 oz) cream style corn
  • 1 can (7 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 c cracker crumbs (36 crackers)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c milk

    1. Heat oven to 325.

    2. Cook green onions in butter in small skillet over low heat til tender.

    3. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl, stir in onions. Pour into greased 1 3/4 qt casserole.

    4. Bake uncovered until firm. - about 1 hour, 15 minutes.
