- 1 large can creamed corn
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sharp shredded cheese for topping
Directions

1Drain the whole kernel corn and then mix all ingredients together, except cheese.

2Bake in 9 x 13-inch well-greased dish after sprinkling cheese on top at 350° about 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
