  • 1 large can whole corn
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sharp shredded cheese for topping

Directions

    Drain the whole kernel corn and then mix all ingredients together, except cheese.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch well-greased dish after sprinkling cheese on top at 350° about 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
