- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can oysters, lifted out of liquid in can (save liquid)
- minced parsley to taste
- chopped celery to taste
- salt and pepper (dash)
- butter
- milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease a 2-quart baking dish.

3Into dish, layer oysters, parsley and celery twice.

4Top with salt, pepper and dots of the butter.

5Top all with cracker crumbs.

6Pour oyster liquid from can over all.

7Punch holes in mixture and pour a little milk into each hole.

8(Just pour enough milk to get the whole mixture moist.)

9Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
