  • 1 c. softened oleo
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
  • 4 c. bread cubes

    Combine eggs, sugar and oleo and blend at low speed.

    Add milk and blend.

    Bake at 325° in an ungreased casserole dish for 35 to 40 minutes.
