  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 slices white bread

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Beat eggs into mixture.

    Add pineapple, including the juice.

    Remove the crust from the white bread and cut into bite size pieces.

    Add to other ingredients. Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole (in water).
