  • 120 ml (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 60 ml unsweetened cocoa
  • 240 ml sugar
  • 700 ml rolled oats (1 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 60 ml milk (enough to make mix right)
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Beat butter, sugar and cocoa together until they are thoroughly blended.

    Add oatmeal, vanilla and milk.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Roll into balls about 2 cm diameter.

    Roll in powdered sugar.

    Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour.

    Makes about 80 cookies.
