- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 1 c. juice (1 lemon, 3 oranges)
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- graham crackers
Directions

1Place marshmallows and juice in large saucepan to melt, then set in refrigerator to cool.

2Make sure it does not get too hard, should look like syrup.

3Now whip cream, fold in syrup, then pour in graham cracker lined pan (9 x 12-inch).

4Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over torte.

5Set in refrigerator overnight.
