Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 18 teaspoon allspice
  • 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 18 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 12 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest, cut into 12 strips
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, cut into 12 strips
  • 12 ounces espresso
  • rum extract

Directions

    In a suacepan over low heat, melt the butter.

    Add brown sugar and spices.
  3. 3
    Allow to cool (mixture can now be stored in the refidgerator till ready to use).

    To serve, place one teaspoon of the mixture in the bottom of a small espresso cup.

    Add 1 tablespoon cream, and 1 strip of both orange and lemon zest.

    Add 1 oz espresso and a tiny bit (less than 1/8 tsp) of rum extract.
