- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 18 teaspoon allspice
- 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 18 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon orange zest, cut into 12 strips
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, cut into 12 strips
- 12 ounces espresso
- rum extract
Directions

1In a suacepan over low heat, melt the butter.

2Add brown sugar and spices.

3Allow to cool (mixture can now be stored in the refidgerator till ready to use).

4To serve, place one teaspoon of the mixture in the bottom of a small espresso cup.

5Add 1 tablespoon cream, and 1 strip of both orange and lemon zest.

6Add 1 oz espresso and a tiny bit (less than 1/8 tsp) of rum extract.
