Espresso Stuffed Cabbage

  • 5 lb. head cabbage
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 lb. hamburger
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can crushed tomato
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Chop cabbage and boil in hot water until tender.

    Cook rice (it will make about 2 cups).

    Add remaining ingredients all together, along with the cabbage and rice.

    Stir and put in pan in a 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Serves lots.
