- 5 lb. head cabbage
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 medium onions
- 4 lb. hamburger
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can crushed tomato
- 1 egg
Directions

1Chop cabbage and boil in hot water until tender.

2Cook rice (it will make about 2 cups).

3Add remaining ingredients all together, along with the cabbage and rice.

4Stir and put in pan in a 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

5Serves lots.
