- 1 large onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- green onions
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour, onions, celery, peppers and garlic. Add tomatoes and cook 20 minutes.

2Add soup and meat.

3Cook 20 minutes.

4Add salt, pepper and green onions.

5Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
