  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. red wine

Directions

    Mix salt, pepper and flour; flour rabbit.

    Melt butter; brown rabbit.

    Place in a roaster.

    Add the melted butter, water, onions and remaining ingredients.
