   Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 roll slightly frozen cookie dough.

   Cream together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar.

   Place on top of dough in pan.

   Cover the mixture with remaining roll of cookie dough.

   Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until browned.

   Refrigerate before cutting.
