  • 1 (4 1/2 to 5 lb.) roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion mushroom soup
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce

Directions

    Sprinkle salt, pepper and sauce over roast.

    Mix soups and mushrooms together.

    In large baking pan, bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on tenderness.
