- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
Directions

1Beat butter and sugars with electric mixer till fluffy.

2Add oil and egg, mix well.

3Add flour with soda, salt and cream of tartar.

4Add oatmeal, coconut and rice Krispeis, mix by hand.

5Drop by rounded tablespoon on greased cookie sheet (I use small cookie scoop).

6Use fork dipped in water to flatten slightly.

7Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, about 13-14 minutes.

8Using small cookie scoop, this makes about 107 cookies.
