Everyday Roasted Chickpeas

  • 15 ounces chickpeas drained, rinsed, and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fire & Flavor everyday rub
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with oil, spread in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast chickpeas for 10 minutes, remove pan and toss chickpeas with spatula. Return to oven and continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes or until they are crisp on outside and still soft on inside. You do not want them to turn brown - at this point they are starting to burn.

    Toss roasted chickpeas with Everyday Rub and salt and serve.
