  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 48oz can diced tomatoes + 1/2can water
  • 2 tablespoons mixed italian herbs, Oregano thyme basil parsley
