Ingredients

  • 100 g baby calamari, cut
  • 1 stalk parsley
  • 1 stalk fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 piece lime
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 pieces hot chili peppers
  • 1 stalk rocket, salad
  • 1 stalk lettuce, salad
  • 1 piece onion, sliced thinly

Directions

    Fry ingredient (A) with with a bit of olive oil and salt it to taste.

    You may add a pinch of black pepper if you like; set aside.

    Blend all ingredients in (B) then add in the squid.

    Let the herbs coat the squid evenly.

    Wash then pat dry the salads.

    Put in a bowl along with the onions.

    Dress the salad with the baby squids.
