Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 12 yellow onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 cups celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 4 carrots
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 12 lbs halibut
- 1 lb salmon
- 1 quart chicken broth
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a large heavy stock pot.

2Chop onions and garlic, and brown them in the oil.

3Chop and add bacon.

4Chop and add peppers, celery, carrots.

5Add milk and chicken broth.

6Bring to simmer.

7Add peas, halibut and salmon.

8Simmer for 20 mins or until the fish is cooked.

9Serve, with or without cheddar.
