- 3 cups mango Puree
- 7/8 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
Directions

1Place the coconut milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

2Add mango puree to the mixture.

3Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and stir it into the mango coconut cream mixture.

4Allow the mixture to cool slightly and pour into glasses.

5Place on a tray and store under refrigeration.
