- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 40 grams Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 60 grams Sugar
- 1 dash Vanilla extract
Directions

1Whisk the eggs.

2Add the sugar in three batches and whisk until the batter is thick.

3The batter should be thick like ribbons.

4Add the melted butter and vanilla extract.

5Whisk a little bit.

6Add the sifted flour and baking powder and fold in with a rubber spatula (until no longer floury).

7Pour into the cups about 60-70% full, and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.

8It's delicious right out of the oven or the next day!
