  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
  • unbaked pie shell

    In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

    Mix well. Fold in coconut, pecans and raisins.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 325°.
