Extra Sharp Cheese Ball

  • 1 lb. extra sharp cheese (white)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (not whole bulb)
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

    Grate cheese and garlic.

    Mix cheese and garlic together (by hand) until smooth in consistency.

    (Also can be done in food processor.)

    Separate in half.

    Make 2 rolls or balls, whichever you prefer.

    Roll in parsley flakes.

    Refrigerate, but remove long enough before serving to spread on a cracker.
