- 1 lb. extra sharp cheese (white)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic (not whole bulb)
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

2Grate cheese and garlic.

3Mix cheese and garlic together (by hand) until smooth in consistency.

4(Also can be done in food processor.)

5Separate in half.

6Make 2 rolls or balls, whichever you prefer.

7Roll in parsley flakes.

8Refrigerate, but remove long enough before serving to spread on a cracker.
