  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 envelope Sazon Goya Packets

    Preheat Grill At High

    Take a Medium Sized Bowl and lay the skirt steak inside

    Put Olive Oil, Goya, and Tenderizer on top of the steak and mix in with your hands

    Squeeze 1 Lime over the steak
  5. 5
    Now place steaks on the grill and cook to your liking, then cut the steaks into strips and squeeze the other lime on the cooked steak.
