  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak or chicken (flank, sirloin or round)
  • 2 peppers (green, red or yellow), sliced thin
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 pkg. fajita seasoning
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • 1/4 c. beer or water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

    Cut steak into thin slices.

    Mix fajita seasoning with 1/4 cup beer or cold water.

    Marinate meat with seasoning in plastic Ziploc bag for several hours.
