- 2 lb. flank steak or chicken breast
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 to 10 drops Tabasco sauce (12 to 14 for hotter)
- flour tortillas
- lettuce, shredded
- tomatoes, chopped
- sour cream
- picante sauce
Directions

1Cut steak or chicken into strips.

2Mix all ingredients except for tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and picante sauce. Marinate steak/chicken for 8 hours.

3(Can marinate up to 24 hours.)

4Turn steak/chicken after 4 hours and continue to marinate.

5Stir-fry or grill steak/chicken.

6Place on tortilla. Serve with lettuce, tomato, picante sauce and sour cream.
