  • 1/3 c. Italian dressing (Seven Seas Viva)
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
  • 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)

Directions

    Using a large bowl, pour dressing over chicken, green pepper, onion, garlic and oregano.

    Toss lightly.

    Refrigerate for 15 minutes; drain.

    Stir-fry chicken mixture until chicken is browned.

    Stir in tomatoes.

    Wrap tortillas in dampened paper towels.
