- 3 lb. skirt steak
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. tequila
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground red chili
Directions

1Cut steaks into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

2Mix lime juice, oil, tequila and spices.

3Pour over meat.

4Marinate 4 hours, turning often.

5Grill meat 5 to 10 minutes each side.

6Slice meat against grain in 1/4-inch strips.

7Place meat in warm tortillas and garnish as desired.

8Roll up to eat.

9Garnish with salsa, guacamole, cilantro or sour cream.
