- 2 Tbsp. each: olive oil and lime juice
- 2 large bell peppers, halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c. salsa
- 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 c. Cheddar
Directions

1Combine chicken, onion, oil, lime juice, peppers, garlic and salsa.

2Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours.

3Grill or broil chicken and vegetables 4 to 5-inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes per side.

4Bring marinade to a boil.

5Cut into thin strips.

6Divide among tortillas; drizzle with marinade and cheese.
