- 3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
- 2 large onions, cut in rings
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 1 tomato, wedged
- 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 10 oz. water
- flour tortillas
- sour cream
- cheese
- pico de gallo
