  • 1 tsp. fajita season (dry)
  • 1/2 c. liquid Figaro fajita season
  • 3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
  • 2 large onions, cut in rings
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 1 tomato, wedged
  • 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 10 oz. water
  • flour tortillas
  • sour cream
  • cheese
  • pico de gallo

    Marinate steak in dry and liquid fajita seasoning for at least 1 hour.

    Then place in hot skillet with Italian dressing.
