  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) lite cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 2 c. peanuts, chopped (optional)
  • apples
  • orange juice

Directions

    Blend together all ingredients except last two.

    Wash and slice apples; dip in orange juice.

    Drain.

    Arrange apples in concentric circles on pretty plate and place dip in center in a bowl.

    Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of dip. Refrigerate leftovers.
