Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. apples (about 5)
- 1/2 lb. red grapes (about 1 1/4 c. halved)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Peel and slice the apples.

2Halve the grapes.

3Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

4Add the apple, salt, pepper and dried tarragon, if using.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until tender, 3 or 4 minutes.

6Stir in grapes and warm about 30 seconds.

7Stir in fresh tarragon and lemon juice.

8Serve.
