Ingredients: 1 (1 lb.) hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices; 2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans; 1/2 c. ketchup; 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard; 1 egg; 1 1/4 c. milk; 1/4 c. oil; 2 c. self-rising corn meal (white)

2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. self-rising corn meal (white)

Heat oven to 400°.

In ungreased 3-quart baking dish, combine hot dogs, beans, ketchup and mustard; mix well.

In medium bowl, lightly beat egg.

Add milk and oil.

Stir in corn meal; mix well. Spoon batter over hot dog mixture.

Spread evenly.

Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
