  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small 5 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 c. instant rice
  • favorite pieces of chicken
  • 1 envelop dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Heat soups with milk, stirring until smooth.

    Do not add water to soup.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in uncooked rice and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice.

    Sprinkle dry soup mix over top. Cover with foil.

    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is done.

    Serves 6 to 8 people.
