- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small 5 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 1/3 c. instant rice
- favorite pieces of chicken
- 1 envelop dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Heat soups with milk, stirring until smooth.

3Do not add water to soup.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in uncooked rice and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice.

7Sprinkle dry soup mix over top. Cover with foil.

8Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is done.

9Serves 6 to 8 people.
