  • 1 small box lime jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 small pkg. cottage cheese
  • 1 green pepper, cut in small pieces
  • 1 heaping c. grated carrot
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 c. coffee cream
  • small amount grated onion (if desired)

Directions

    Mix jello and water.

    Cool.

    Mix cottage cheese, Miracle Whip and coffee cream; blend.

    Add grated carrot and green pepper (and onion, if desired).

    Refrigerate until solid.
