  • 4 - 5 potatoes
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef or stew meat
  • 2 cans French style green beans, drained
  • 1 bag corn
  • 2 cans stewed Italian tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, diced

Directions

    In a separate bowl, cover with butter, lots of season salt, pepper.

    Put one cup of water over potatoes, cover dish and microwave 20 minutes, stir, then 10 minutes more until done.

    Add potatoes and juice to stew pot.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Cook on stove for at least 30 minutes, or simmer as long as needed. Goes great with cheese on top and cornbread.
