- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, put through press
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. raw rice
- salt and pepper
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
Directions

1Brown meat and drain fat.

2Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano.

3Saute a bit longer.

4Spoon into a 2-quart flat casserole.

5Stir in spinach, soup, sour cream, rice, salt and pepper.

6Lay cheese over the top.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
