  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nut meats
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip
  • finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix in flour and nuts.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 375° for 15 minutes; cool.

    Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Mix pudding and milk.

    Spread on cream cheese mixture.

    Let stand until firm.

    Cover with Cool Whip and garnish with finely chopped nuts.
