Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (use any flavor, pistachio is great)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients, mixing well.

    Press flour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; let cool completely
