Fantasy Fudge

Directions

   Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.

   Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

   Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

   Stir in chocolate until melted.

   Add cream, nuts and vanilla.

   Beat until well blended.

   Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
