Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 1 small jar Marshmallow Creme or 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar and evaporated milk.

2Bring to a boil.

3Turn down flame to medium heat.

4Add semi-sweet morsels, butter and peanut butter; stir constantly.

5Test for consistency by using 1/2 cup cold water or using a candy thermometer (240°).

6Remove from heat. Add marshmallows or Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla and mix with whisk or mixer.

7Save some Marshmallow Creme to swirl in candy after mixing.

8Butter 9 x 12-inch cake pan or larger platter.

9Pour candy in pan.

10Chill.

11Cut into squares and serve.
