  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. pkg. real chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In large saucepan, boil margarine, sugar and milk.

    Stir constantly, boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat or until reaches 234° on candy thermometer.

    Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.

    Stir in chocolate chips and remaining ingredients until well blended.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool at room temperature.

    Makes about 3 pounds.
